## Workflow

### Step 1: Identify the Document

When the PM types `/ralph-wiggum`, determine what to review:

1. **If they pasted content:** Use that directly
2. **If they specified a file path:** Read that file
3. **If they said nothing:** Check `thoughts/shared/pm/prds/` for the most recently modified file, then ask:

### Step 2: Context Cross-Reference

Before reviewing, silently check:

1. **Strategy alignment:** Read `thoughts/shared/pm/frameworks/*.md`. Does the document's "why now" actually match current strategy?
2. **Research backing:** Read `thoughts/shared/pm/research/*.md`. Are the user pain points real or assumed?
3. **Past decisions:** Read `thoughts/shared/product/decisions/*.md`. Have we been here before?
4. **Related PRDs:** Read `thoughts/shared/pm/prds/*.md`. Any conflicts or dependencies?
5. **Stakeholder concerns:** Read stakeholder profiles. Who will object to this and why?

Note any contradictions, unsupported claims, or gaps for the review.

### Step 3: The Review

Analyze the document across these 7 dimensions:

**1. Logic & Reasoning**

- Does the hypothesis actually follow from the evidence?
- Are there logical leaps or circular reasoning?
- Do the non-goals contradict the goals?
- Are "because" statements actually causal or just correlational?

**2. Evidence & Data**

- Are claims backed by real data or just vibes?
- Are user quotes cherry-picked to fit a narrative?
- Is the sample size sufficient?
- Are numbers cited without sources?
- Is the impact sizing based on real baselines or guesses?

**3. Assumptions & Risks**

- What assumptions are unstated but critical?
- What happens if the core assumption is wrong?
- Are risks identified, or is this an optimism-only document?
- Is there a kill criteria, and is it realistic (or set so low it'll never trigger)?

**4. Scope & Clarity**

- Is the scope clear enough to build from?
- Are non-goals actually non-goals, or just deferred goals?
- Would two engineers read this and build the same thing?
- Are there terms used without definition?

**5. Strategic Fit**

- Does this actually advance the stated strategy, or is it tangential?
- Is the "why now" compelling, or could this ship any quarter?
- Does this conflict with other active initiatives?
- Is this the highest-leverage thing the team could build?

**6. Success Metrics & Rollout**

- Are metrics specific and measurable?
- Is the target realistic given historical data?
- Are guardrail metrics defined?
- Is the rollout plan appropriate for the risk level?
- Would you actually kill this based on the kill criteria?

**7. What's Missing**

- Stakeholders who should have been consulted
- Edge cases not addressed
- Dependencies not called out
- Competitive context ignored
- User segments not considered

## Severity Rating Guide

Use these consistently:

## Anti-Patterns (What NOT to Do)
