## Structure

**Root-Level (ONLY):**
- `README.md` - Overview + quick start
- `CHANGELOG.md` - Version history
- `AGENTS.md` - AI instructions
- `LICENSE`, `CONTRIBUTING.md`, `SECURITY.md`

**All Other Docs in `/docs`:**
- `ARCHITECTURE.md`, `DEVELOPMENT.md`, `ROADMAP.md`
- `specs/`, `guides/`, `diagrams/`, `benchmarks/`

## Update Requirements by Commit Type
