Use this workflow to run parallel browser agents without duplicated effort or unsafe ingestion.

## Turnstile Semantics by Domain

1. `browser`: `ALLOW`, `HOLD`, `HONEYPOT`.
2. `vehicle`: `ALLOW`, `PIVOT`, `DEGRADE`.

## Coordination Workflow

1. Split mission into atomic tasks with stable IDs.
