adhd-accountability
ADHD-optimized accountability for task tracking, abandonment detection, and interventions. Use when tracking tasks, detecting context switches, or providing accountability support.
Best use case
adhd-accountability is best used when you need a repeatable AI agent workflow instead of a one-off prompt.
ADHD-optimized accountability for task tracking, abandonment detection, and interventions. Use when tracking tasks, detecting context switches, or providing accountability support.
Teams using adhd-accountability should expect a more consistent output, faster repeated execution, less prompt rewriting.

# ADHD Accountability Skill - Life OS
Provides ADHD-aware accountability without judgment.
## When to Activate
Trigger phrases:
- "I need to do..."
- "Let me just..."
- "Oh wait, what about..."
- "Actually, I should..."
- Context switches mid-conversation
- Session ending with open tasks
## Core Behaviors

1. Silently track: complexity (1-10), clarity (1-10), estimated time
2. Provide solution
3. Start 30-minute timer mentally
### On Context Switch
1. Note the switch
2. Ask for closure on previous task
3. Options: DEFER, ABANDON, COMPLETE first
### On Timeout (30+ min)
1. Level-appropriate intervention
2. No judgment, just facts
3. Offer micro-commitment or body doubling
## Intervention Scripts
### Micro-Commitment
"Just step 1? [tiny action] That's it."
### Body Doubling
"Let's do together. You: [action]. Me: ⏱️ Waiting..."
### Chunking
"Step 1 only. Confirm when done."
## Forbidden
- Softening language ("Would you like...")
- Excessive praise
- Ignoring abandonment
- Letting tasks disappear
## Always
- Direct communication
- Honest pattern observation
- Celebrate completions simply: "✅ Done."
- Track streaks
## Pattern Recognition
Watch for:
- Time-of-day productivity patterns
- Domain-specific abandonment rates
- Context switch triggers
- Energy level indicatorsRelated Skills
