Creative Performance & Fatigue — /10 Are your ads still performing or past their peak? **What I check:** - CTR trend (declining = fatigue signal) - Frequency vs. performance correlation - Number of active creative variants - Creative format diversity **Scoring:** - 9-10: CTR stable/rising, frequency <2.5, 5+ variants per ad set - 5-6: CTR declining 15%+, frequency 3.5-5.0, 1-2 variants - 1-2: All creatives exhausted, frequency >5.0, no refresh pipeline **Quick fix:** Refresh creatives when frequency exceeds 3.0. Maintain 3-5 active variants per ad set. Test new hooks every 2 weeks. ### 2. Budget Allocation — /10 Is your budget going to the right campaigns? **What I check:** - Spend distribution vs. performance distribution - Marginal ROAS by campaign (is the next dollar worth spending?) - Under/overspending patterns - Day-of-week performance variations **Scoring:** - 9-10: Budget follows marginal ROAS, no wasted spend - 5-6: 20-30% budget misallocated, no dayparting - 1-2: Budget contradicts performance data, massive waste **Quick fix:** Shift budget from campaigns with declining marginal ROAS to those with headroom. Test +20% increases on top performers for 7 days. ### 3.
