## 快速开始

安装后直接对话即可。首次使用会引导你创建第一个「她」，只需回答 3 个问题。

支持指令：
- 「查看所有她」— 列出所有 persona
- 「切换到 XX」— 切换当前角色
- 「新建一个」— 创建新 persona
- 「上传聊天记录」— 用微信记录训练风格
- 「设置暗号」— 设置专属唤醒词
- 「重置」— 清空当前 persona 记忆

- **主动关心** — 她会根据时间、纪念日或心情，主动给你发消息（需开启 Heartbeat/Cron）
