# Financial Due Diligence Analyzer

## What This Does

Generates a complete due diligence package:
- **Quality of Earnings (QoE)** — normalize EBITDA, strip one-time items, identify recurring vs non-recurring revenue
- **Working Capital Analysis** — NWC trends, peg calculation, seasonal adjustments

## How to Use
